The lovely Carl Carrington from Blackpool Borough Council who organised this event to celebrate the opening of the newly regenerated St Johns Square. Carl's passion for Blackpool is unsurpassed and he is one of the most enthusiastic ambassadors for the town.
The flowers were of course all about Sun, Sea and Sand .
Mark from Number One South Beach provided the canapés and Champagne for the reception.
