Delicious Veiled Bouquet

This beautiful bouquet was veiled over with a fine voile, our lovely bride Helen will be wearing a full veil and we thought it would be an exquisite idea if the bouquet were to be veiled also and during the ceremony the bridesmaid will pull the ribbon on the bouquet and remove the veil so both bride and bouquet will be unveiled for the procession out of church.

Bridal Bouquet

This is a lovely trial bouquet I made for Dawn, this beautiful bouquet included Burgundy Amaryllis, Euphorbia, Picasso Calla Lilies, Akito, Champagne & Chameleon Roses, with rolled Black Ti Dracena, ferns and foliage.

The bridesmaids will be wearing exactly the same shade as the Amaryllis.

Kathleen's Florist Valentine's Window

This is our Valentine's Day window for 2009

The beautiful gowns have been very kindly loaned to us by "A Stitch in Time" on Central Drive, 01253 622306, this is a lovely shop with some seriously lovely wedding dresses, it is definitely worth going in to see them and trying on some of their gorgeous gowns.

The design of the window is very simple but eye catching.

We have created a lovely bouquet of all red roses to co-ordinate with this colour scheme.

Bridal Bouquet of Akito & Metalina Roses.

This is another fabulous bridal bouquet, this one is actually a trial bouquet created for one of our beautiful brides Cathy, this wedding bouquet is made entirely of Metalina & Akito Roses with a huge quantity of diamante bling around the outer edges.

Cathy's wedding is later on this year, although her wedding is a Kathleen's wedding we all decided that it would be better for her to visit our bridal studio in St. Annes to have this bouquet designed specifically for her, it also gave Cathy and her mum the opportunity of seeing her ceremony and reception venue dressed with our beautiful flowers on our huge plasma screen.

Spring Has Arrived at Kathleen's Florist

I adore Tulips, I love the look clean and fresh, I love the way they are so easy to arrange in a vase, but the thing I love most is when you have a huge armful they kind of squeltch and it is a fantastic sound, like no other sound, so you have to buy some just to hear and feel them.

A luscious Brassica almost good enough to eat.

A beautiful White Phalaenopsis Orchid, so perfect and exquisite.
